Recognising that we always have, and always will, operate in fast paced markets where customer demands, legislation and whole host of other key influences can change almost overnight, we dedicate considerable time and resources to the process of research and development. We know that only by looking for new ways to add value, to improve performance and to reduce costs can we keep ourselves and our customers ahead of the times.
It’s this approach that led us to develop the world’s first triple layer balewrap or more recently, films made from biopolymers that are completely compostable. It also part of the reason why we became one of the largest recycler of waste polythene able to take our own products and give them a whole new lease of life as everything from street furniture to fencing.
Plus, when we talk of innovation, we mean innovation in every area. Product development is important, but we understand it’s equally crucial to break new ground in our working practices, our service philosophy and the way we treat our people. That’s why our commitment to customers now extends to initiatives like wrap audits, balewrapping clinics and instructional DVDs, all designed to the help people use our product as greenly, efficiently and cost effectively as possible.
Likewise our working practices are such that we have held more accreditations (such as ADAS Elite and BRC/IoP approval) more consistently than possibly any other polythene packaging manufacturer. Staff meanwhile benefit from such things as a profit sharing scheme, on-going training and family friendly policies.
