director of the Royal Bank of Scotland and vice chairman of Scottish Enterprise.

Jack Paton (52)

Joined the Group in 1983 on the acquisition of Anaplast, where he had been Sales Director since 1975, and joined the Board in 1984. He has held a number of senior positions culminating in his appointment to his current role in 1998. Jack is a non executive director of Renfrewshire Enterprise.

Keith J Stenning (56)
Director of Group Resources
Joined the Group in 1991 on acquisition of Courtaulds Plastic Films (Brithene Films) where he had been for fifteen years ultimately as Managing Director and appointed to the Board in 1994. He was appointed to his present position in 1998. Keith is current chairman of PIFA and Plasteurofilm and is on the Board of Valpak. *Member of the Remuneration, Audit and Nominations Committees.
